Program:  MINDFULNESS IN THE OFFICE 
Presenter:  Diana Luepke - Conrad Schmitt Studios & IAAP Downtown Milwaukee Chapter Member

Our work lives can easily leave us feeling overwhelmed and disconnected. Diana will present a variety of mindfulness techniques that offer practical and powerful ways to literally train the mind over time to cut through our mental clutter, become more focused and creative, reduce stress, handle conflict more effectively, and appreciate our jobs more.

MENU -- Sandwich Choices:  turkey on wheat, ham on rye, tuna on wheat, roast beef on a Kaiser, American sub, turkey sub, roast beef sub, or cheesy veggie sub.
